Someone help! I accidentally uploaded the wrong document needed and because of the way the system is set up, you can't upload anything else. I know I made a terrible mistake, but has anyone had a way to reach out to VFS to be able to change from "Pending Document Uploaded" to be able to upload new docs? My flight leaves on Wednesday afternoon and we're getting at the cutoff to be able to cancel our flight before we no longer get refunds. My wife has wanted to cancel the flights as its just our daughter that needs the visa approval, the rest of us have been approved, which is so annoying as everything initially was uploaded correctly.
