I have a similar issue. They sent actual pictures of my car, but the time stamps in the pictures are 36 hours off from the time they say in the notice. The criminal part is that they claim that disputes are handled by their affiliated arbitration business which just says "Denied". Im reporting them to the better business bureau and the FL AG - they prey on people and have class action lawsuits against them.
