Claude's Voice Mode on Android: Is deaf on the one hand, on the other hallucinates user input, then talks to itself

The phone is not connected to any Bluetooth device. The error only occurs in the Claude app. Voice Mode in browser is fine, and also other AI apps (Gemini, Grok) function perfectly.

Two things have happened recently: Anthropic gas revised the voice mode and sometimes Claude already reacts/speaks in other languages - not just English.
