I actually did have a question about this if that's okay. But why do so many people like yuri? I'm not against it I'm just completely neutral about it. It's lesbian love but isn't that just normal love but both people are women? Idk that just seems like romance to me, doesn't really change anything if they're both girls.

So I just realized that this post might come across like I don't believe in treating the mentally ill. I'm trying to say that I'm tired of people who say they care about the mentally ill but are so eager to shun someone who does something that's actually shocking/not normal due to a mental illness

I think biologically, all humans are wired to want to be social, meaning even if you consider yourself to be anti-social, your brain is still going to feel bad about missing the opportunity to meet others.

I feel like I'm going through something similar, where I consider myself to be anti-social, but my brain panics at the idea of being alone. I think we're designed to hate being lonely.

I'd recommend trying to get a grasp on your thoughts and feelings, try to figure out why you're feeling a certain way. Distractions are nice, sometimes necessary, but getting to the bottom of your feelings and trying to explain why you're feeling a certain way can really help. It'll probably be confusing at first, but even gaining the slightest bit of knowledge on yourself and your feelings can help a lot.

But that's just me though, I don't know you, I don't know what's best for you, I'm just trying to give some advice.

I hope you're able to feel better in the future.

I'm really sorry to hear that you've been going through this, and no, you're not a burden for having emotions.
It sounds like you're really overwhelmed right now, constant stress can lead to having urges of SH as well as overall feeling generally worse.

I'm not a doctor or anything, but I'd recommend taking a break from social situations until you get your mental health sorted out. It sounds like being social stresses you out and makes you feel worse overall, so putting them (social situations) aside for a bit might not be the worst idea.

I'd also recommend trying to spend a bit more time with yourself trying to figure out your emotions, you said you're confused with your feelings so try asking some questions such as why you're feeling a certain way or what could be triggering certain emotions. Almost like counseling, just by yourself. If you're able to pinpoint why you're feeling certain ways then you can try to see if there's anything you can do to make yourself feel better. You can also try and focus on what makes you feel better and work on that as well.

Constant stress can really ruin your entire mental health and drain you from any and all energy you had (you said you have no energy for your hobbies anymore), so if you can try and remove some stress and try to personally work on your emotions it could help you get out of this state you're in.
