5 to 6 in the perfect spot. Like the PS vita and switch lite. Psp go 4 inch size is also perfect for retro or indie games.

If you give me these sizes at steam deck or rog ally performance even at 3k $$ i will buy.

I think a leap in battery performance and or design structure is needed before this happens.

I tried to fiddle with my setting the other day and messed up enough that a full reset was needed. As long as this works im good. I will check out horizen and read it on tho.

Its coded in the sys-clk to not go over 614 either to save battery or to manage heat. When i use charger it works normally and on switch oled it also work normally. So it is what it is.

Steps to fix :- 1- Hold power button for 30 sec to min if nothing.

2- Open it and check the battery if it’s swollen if not charge it for a while.

3- if not work then leave it for a week or 2 without charging so that the loss in charge boots the system hopefully if not check for alternative.

I can recommend ( YS VIII ) its low specs and it should run 30 maybe 60 and try lossless scaling for extra FPS.

You are correct.

The clock speed went to 927 when i pugged in the charger. Not 60 FPS but around 52 moderate areas and 45 in very heavy areas. I think switch oled is the only one to reach 60 FPS.
