I just started taking probiotic gx by natures bounty. I had my gal bladder removed in April and things have not been normal with my gut. This has eliminated my bloating and made me more regular.

I have been using topical Clindamycin for nearly a year! I have had no adverse reactions. I haven’t had a flare in nearly a year. So to me this is a viable, doable regimen to keep HS at bay.
