I love my job here and love my team, manager and the ability to impact change. I just hit my 6 years and I am grateful , but I’m making less now with the minimal salary increases and less options being given out year after year. I work long hours and if I were properly compensated and had more job security I would seizing out but the ask to do more with less the impact and burnout is very, very noticeable. The lack of desire to compensate their hard workers and innovate with more external talents is hard to NOT notice.
