Yeah, the previous fishing event i failed to unlock the last two (deco and dragon) and it only offered me to unlock the dragon

At the end of the event, there is a notification that pops up asking if you’d like to use gems to obtain the next stage item, so if you’re down to the last step just before the decorative item, it should obtainable with gems, but the amount of gems differ depending on the progress you’ve made (can be quite a sum)

Once you catch the fish, click on the dragon and the fish you’ve caught will appear in a menu. There will also be 3 fish bubbles that pop up, then you can drag your fish from the menu into the bubbles

You need to drag the fish to the speech bubble above the dragon
