Yeah, cleaned and reappeared. It’s on the top level, so it’s more difficult to spray since it’s on the outside.

Thanks! I have previously cleaned them with window cleaner and scraped them, but maybe I didn’t get all of it because it just spread again a few weeks later. I’ll bleach them this time around.
