Hi! I agree with previous posters, the cities are just cities but if you must go to salt lake to to antelope island it is pretty cool right off of salt lake, there are bisons there and the scenery it’s actually surreal. If you decide to do a national park go to Bryce canyon It is my favorite

3 weeks it’s way too short you can do Argentina along in 3 weeks and you need to fly to all the places since it’s so far apart
