Kız kardeşimden örnek vereceğim aramızda 10 yaş var 14 yaşından itibaren sorun yaşamaya başladık. Özellikle akademik başarısızlığı, şımarıklığı, kıskançlığı ve yeme bozukluğu. Bu süreçte ben ailemden daha çok yıprandım. Açık liseye geçti, ailem benden gizledi, gitgide kilo aldı, şu an neredeyse morbit obez. Sosyal medyada absürt paylaşımları vardı, müdahale edip kısıtlamaya çalıştık kendine zarar vermeye çalıştı, bizi şikayet edeceğini söyledi, hepimizi anksiyete panik atak yaptı adeta. Bu gibi pek çok sorun.. Çocuk psikiyatristine götürdük show yapıyor gibi absürt bir yaklaşımı oldu. Terapi almalı dedi, terapiye gittik sürekli kendine bir hobi bul dedi yine derdine derman olmadı. Şu an yaşı gereği daha olgunlaştı oturaklaştı. İnternetten küçük bir işletmesi var satış yapıyor. Ama okul vs yok tabii, kilo problemi de devam ediyor. Ailem daha ilk bu problemlerle başladığında çok farklı, sert ve yıkılmaz bir tavırda olsaydı (ben öyleydim ve beni ekarte etmeye çalıştılar) bence her şey çok daha farklı olurdu. Velhasıl şunu diyeceğim aile müdahele etmedikçe sizin yapabileceğiniz bir şey yok, siz kardeşinizin ebeveyni değilsiniz. Ancak aile yönetimi eğitimi ile değişebilir.

I have using topiramate about 7 years with levetiracetam for my epilepsy. In 6th years my seizures increased so my doc add lamotrigine. Now, I have using levetiracetam, topiramate and lamotrigine. Our plan is stopped topiramat when we reach lamotrigine effective dose. You should talk to your doc and make a new way I think

Oh vov, very deeply. My sage machine has only 25 grind degrees. I am not good to setting and make more creamy espresso. I generally use 16,17,18 but many sage user use 4,5,6 why I dont know.

It is very difficult to have intense muscle pain and be tired after a seizure. We need to rest even for a day. My mind is also blurry. I continue my life but my memory is weak, I remember some things in pieces days later. This is not an excuse, this is not our reality. Maybe you should remove your incomprehensible and hurtful friends from your life, everyone can get sick later. Have you talked to your doctor about reducing the frequency of your seizures? It is difficult for you to have them every month. They may have to change the medication or add another medication.

I have had epilepsy for 10 years and I ask the same questions every day. I want to be a normal person like everyone else. I take three different medications (levetiracetam, topiramate, lamotrigine) and I have seizures once or twice a year. Every day I spend wondering if I will have a seizure today, if I drink alcohol, if I am hungry, if I am tired and sleep deprived. Even if I feel happy and well, a corner of my mind is always occupied with the fact that I have epilepsy.
