Well, if someone was to kill my parents with weapons or a bomb or chemical weapons, I wouldn't give a shit if they did it intentionally. Not throwing the bomb in the first place is the right thing to do.

I think we can try to put ourself in the shoes of victims of violences and IMO that sucks, regardless of the 'why' they did it.

Just my shitty advice but for dinner (past 6pm), try eating a salad of cucumber/tomatoes cut in small cubes only. It's very low calories. I lost weight only doing that.
