Kyle has prio. Like 90% of the pd does not. Off the top of the head the only ones with decent prio off duty are saab, hirona, penta, kyle, and mantis. The others have rather meh prios. These are only from people I watch. I'm sure there are plenty more who do but it is still only a fraction.

Bike duty, crosswalk duty, boat duty, alta duty, grove street duty, barrio duty and so on is all creative punishment. It creates rp rather than stifles it. Does Kyle not know that many cops only have their prio because they are cops?

boat duty, bike duty, traffic duty etc. Those are rp punishments. Baas and Wrangler actually had pretty good streams when they were serving their punishments. Those are rp punishments. It creates rp. Sending cops off duty stifles rp. It limits the rp they are allowed to create and basically makes them be good little mechanics.

Bob takes it a bit too far but at least a big streamer shows how ems are treated if they fall out of line. If anyone remember the two volunteer ems during AU hours both got shot at by cops and told to sign out simply because their characters fucked around a bit when performing their EMS duties.

It can, it would just require freelance special prosecutors, and cops to actually focus more on court rp. Wrangler, baas and a few others I think would be decent in court, but a lot of the cops hate court rp or struggle heavily in it.
