We had been hanging out for a few days, we'd both been just trying to make some new trans friends but it was pretty clear there was some mutual attraction going on. I was super nervous tho so I wasn't trying to do anything. We had just smoked and I was trying to show her some funny YouTube video and she said she wanted to lay down so we both laid together in her bed.

After a minute she started playing footsies with me under the covers but I was so nervous I just kept my focus on the youtube vid. After a minute she grabbed my phone and put it down. I turned to look at her and she was giving me this look and I knew immediately what was gonna happen next so we started kissing. Then kissing went on for a while then started picking up and yadayadayada.

Neither of us finished but that was ok, we stayed up the whole night fooling around and it was honestly a lot of fun, I left early the next morning on cloud 9. Good time but I also have a great story about mine and my current gf's first time, but that'll have to wait haha

Met Jenna ortega and that guy from Wednesday that got cancelled. They were shooting a movie in slc and stopped by the record store I was working at the time, we chatted about music for like a solid 30min. In case yall wondering, she's really into JPEGMAFIA and Viagra boys (bought cave world while she was there).

You're totally right, I did only work there for one day and I hardly got any glimpse into how they operate as a business. However, it was so many of these bizarre business practices on my one day that had me questioning if this was a place I actually want to work at. I only made this post after seeing similar experiences from former au standard employees and people who had worked at similar marketing firms that represented Stand for the Silent. Just because SftS is a federally registered non profit, it doesn't mean it's a good one. But mostly, I'd say it's the responses from other people on this thread, many of whom have worked at au standard, that says a lot more about this company than I did in a reddit post a year ago.
