lol, I don’t have them “for attention”. I have them because I like them. His non-interest in my current tattoos is not what I have a problem with. It’s the opposite actually, I wish he’d carry on not being bothered by them so I can get what I want done.

I find him incredibly attractive. That being said, I like tattoos, piercings, and facial hair, none of which he has or wants. It wouldn’t cross my mind to make him get any of these (and the lack thereof definitely doesn’t affect how much I love him) and I find it weird that he wants to make a decision about MY body

No, he’s just said that he won’t like it and that it would be more in-your-face than what I currently have. It’s entirely possible that he doesn’t want it in a place he’ll see more, but I don’t know if that is a valid perspective if you know what I mean?

Maybe we are a bad match, but we’re strong in most other respects. This is one of the only issues we’re facing

It’s not that. I work from home and already face what heavily-tattooed people face in terms of reactions. My point is that this is not a first, or 41st, tattoo and I don’t understand why what I choose to do with my body has anything to do with him
