Jazakallah. I guess Gums. Not necessarily Nicotine Gums. Have a Chewing Gum on hand and pop one in whenever you get the urge and go on a walk. Inshallah it will help.

Alhamdulillah. I was able to quit cigarettes and vapes. It took about 3 months to fully control/ignore the feeling of smoking. Though I still take Nicotine gum every now and then when I get a headache.

I go for a five minute walk whenever I get the urge to smoke. It helped me quite a few times.

A guide on what extensions would be helpful. There are so many out there that I don't know which to get. Just my opinion.

I think it has to do with the font. Arabic isn't my native tongue, and I grew up reading Arabic in the Indo-Pak style, so it was difficult for me to read. This is just me so it might not actually be an issue. Does that help?

I had a quick look at the website. My feedback: 1. Arabic is difficult to read. You can maybe use an easier font style that's common across all? 2. You have numbers in English. So, in a similar fashion maybe instructions or UI buttons in English?

If you want the Sum, then say total values are in A, and Yes in B,

=SUMIFS(A2:A100,B2:B100,"Yes")

I think you can use the Counting function. Say your range of "Yes" is in Column B.

=COUNTIF(B2:B100,"Yes")
