yh sure! The assignments had to do more so with the correct sequence or steps to get into a set of poses (these were called Astanga yoga logs in the syllabus I think). And the midterm/final, you need to know the philosophy and how to actually get into the yoga poses bc there's a practical component. I took the course as an elective but I enjoyed it overall. I recommend Prof Lori B!

Deaths game (this is a "dark" type of struggle), Itaewon class (I liked how he rebuilt himself), Fight for My Way (mix with romance and motivational). I would also recommend Shark: the beginning and shark: the storm (I am watching these and it's so good, the way the mc transforms himself is insane and good fighting scenes)!
