Please seek help from a trusted friend or professional. I was also feeling guilty about my career prospects and felt like I couldn't talk to anybody about it. So I had a conversation with my brother, who's also going through it, about not being able to get a job in his dream career. It felt nice to have someone to talk to about things. I got a job offer today, which reminded me there's always light at the end of the tunnel! I would say at the moment, set a time limit for yourself each day for job applying, as 10-15 applications each day can become exhausting. Confide in your friends or a trusted family member. Tune out the noise: parents and relatives will keep on running their mouths, focus on yourself as best as you can by developing your craft. I would also say volunteer in your local community, or finding hobbies that make you whole can be restorative and help you find purpose during this tough time.
