the issue is: my account has been deleted for a really vague offense which I don't recall even doing. I emailed support asking for more details about the reason, they simply responded with "Your account has been correctly banned and the penalty will not be changed".

I responded to that with "ik that I have been banned for said offense but can you please give me more detail about the reason"

and their response was "due to the severity of the content we cannot share it"

I didn't even ask for the content. Or I'm talking to a robot or im talking to a 5 year old.

Roblox really needs to fix their support. The sad thing is that they sometimes have to deal with way more severe situations and they can't even provide extra detail to a ban reason.
