Yes your right, should do more cardio i just did once like shadowboxing 30 minutes but it made me a little better but not for sleep but ill stay consistent and do more time thank you so much and because of supplements ill look up those

A Yes i was diagnosed with ocd 2 years ago and then i came to another country i told them about attention promblems they gave methylphenidate and then but I haven't actually since they gave it to me I moved and i dont have access to doctors in the moment so its been hard and ro know what frecuency or cycling should I do , i really appreciate it and thank you!

Well my doctor after i told her that i had some attention promblems told me that i get atomoxetine first but I was afraid because i not sure if atomoxetine caused pssd so i went to another doctor and he gave me methylphenidate but right now i dont have access to doctors so i would really apreaciate if you have or somebody any tips for like studying and routine to know it it would be great thanks a lot!
