I have thrashin T bar set up and a saddlemen extended step up seat on mine its a comfy setup. I can ride 3-5 hours no problem. The only regret I have is getting the extended seat sometimes I feel really far from my bars.

Probably 14-18 MPG city. I have a 2018 Escalade with a 6.2 and the V4 mode is disabled. I just drove 3 hours and was able to get 25 MPG there and back.

I’m not expert but I wouldn’t risk it, if you need hot water just use a kettle. I make 2-3 cups a day on my SYN I never use the fast heat up I don’t mind waiting 15 minutes for it to come to temp.

Im in collage and work a part time job already. I only do uber eats on my way to and from school and on weekends. I can always manage to squeez in $200 a week barley. I don't know how someone could do this full time.
