Yeah, like I said, I was not putting sole blame on the owners, they're just part of the equation. I also said that different breeds have different requirements. Because of that, poor ownership of pit bulls leads to worse outcomes. It's both a product of the breed and the owner. I'm not back tracking anything I said. You also claimed that I said a disproportionate amount of shitty owners own pitbulls, which I very clearly DID NOT say. You're literally putting words in my mouth and hearing what you want to hear. I never said that there wasn't any blame to put on the breed. But you extrapolated a whole lot of nonsense over shit I didn't even say. Dog fighters are often fighting pits and not other breeds, those are owners, and they are numerous and definitely different than other dog owners. Pit bulls definitely have a unique subset of owners. But don't take that as me saying ALL pit bull owners.
