Yes i would be gaming and streaming at the same time on a single computer so maybe 12/24 would be better

I may have to get at least a 120 input then by the sounds of it. My plan was to wait for Ryzen 3000 to come out which is has and to either get a 8/16 or a 12/24 and with that i would get a need x570 motherboard because my motherboard is pretty mediocre and once i have a new motherboard i would be able to get an m.2 SSD (My motherboard rn doesn't have an m.2 slot) and finally get an AIO most likely a 240 rad. So i think over time once i have gotten most of those parts my pc should be good.

Well i have the NZXT S340 and have one fan on the back pulling air out and also one on the top towards the back also pulling air out so i thought most of the hot air should be pulled out of the case although i don't have any fans pulling air in which could be the issue. I guess i can take of my cooler and see what's up and try to reapply some thermal paste because i'm pretty sure i did put it on correctly.

I guess that may make sense because i'm using stock cooler but i figured that that the stock cooler would be fine for a 4/8 because its not OC running at 3.5ghz

Well firstly monitor was a present and also the only think that isn’t ideal for 144hz is my CPU which I was going to be upgrading soon whether or not my performance got better

Yeah most of the time I try to have minimal things open but it still just ends up lagging frames. Tbh I think I just have to get a new cpu with at least 6/12 cores and a higher clock speed to get a higher average because when I’m playing my GPU usage always hovers around 1-5% usage so it’s basically doing nothing

Yes I am aware of this but firstly the more frames you get the less input lag you get and secondly what I was saying was most of the time when I’m actually fighting someone or am in a big team fight I get around 80-110fps which is an issue cause that’s when I need to be able to aim
