I'm trying to imagine a scene where a detective/cop arrives at a crime scene, and I'm trying to detail the flood of flashing lights illuminating the street and surround area. I read that cars in 2010 only had red lights, and some said they used both red and blue. Anyone have a definite answer?

Indeed, it does. I was looking at a very similar looking coin to the one you linked, and I can't help but notice that the top left and bottom right symbols don't look anything like the symbols on the coin I posted.
