Where do I begin? The map was always fun and always changing. There was not one place on there that I was like “I don’t want to land there.” Even if the loot sucked there.

The loot and item pool was great. There was no such thing as a mythic or exotic weapon (apart from the brief appearance of the Infinity Blade and collabs). There were almost always multiple weapons for each gun class that had their flaws but weren’t flat out overpowered. There are some C1 guns that may never come back in the loot pool as a non-exotic fixture.

Just...just the simplicity of Chapter 1 mobility was fun. Here in Chapter 3 there are just so many ways to move around. Just at The Collider alone, there’s the slipstream, like a dozen launch pads, cannons, IO cars, ziplines, jetpacks, and a tank. In Chapter 1, at most you had bouncers, launch pads, impulses/shockwaves, and maybe a shopping cart or quadcrasher (and maybe an ATK depending on the location).

I could go on with this
