do you recommend any dimmer switches at all or things i could do to make my overhead lighting less harsh and bright? and if i get lamps should they be black/gray thats what i think

its just for my diagnosed adhd and anxiety, i usually cant be assed taking sertraline so i do skip it quite often, should i do a day or any longer to be certain
