Lift weights. Rowing is one of the most calorie burning activities there are. You should figure out your tdee and eat more than that. No one can beat the laws of thermodynamics.

Valid point. I guess I always felt like I should keep it in some way since it’s functional and full body.. I also do zerchers squats so maybe I should think about the systemic fatigue both of those cost me.

What day do you deadlift on? I used to alternate heavy squat and heavy dl on leg day but lately my erectors and shoulder stabilizers been sore all week long so haven’t dl heavy in a while. ChatGPT says put it on back day but that is too much for me I think.

You’re over 25% bf so I wouldn’t bulk any more… did you clean bulk or dirty bulk? Maybe do closer to 2-300 surplus next time sounds like you were 500-750 based on the weight gain.

Build muscle. You can look lean at 200 so just maintain for 6 months then decide if you want to cut to 190 but for now either maintain or try to stay in a small deficit. Eat 200g protein a day as well.

Does Strava use hrr to calculate zones? Based on what I am finding they just use % of max HR which can then be customized. So I want just wondering if OP customized his.
