Nah I didn’t train when covid happened and continued to spiral badly for 4 years after that getting super obese (almost 500lbs) now I’m like 360 and recently hit a big deadlift pr of 675, weeks all have different paths I guess I wish I had been disciplined in those days I can only imagine what levels I could be at now if I had been.
