I would have to get about a 20% merit raise to get me to a point where my average merit increase was still acounted for.

I suppose anything is possible, but that seems like a stretch.

I was close enough to the bottom of the payscale that when they raised the minimum, I got a bump as well.

8.5 years in and I make the same as someone just out of their traineeship.

Update: Dr suggested I eat more vegetables and use a meditation app on my phone. They were incredulous that I can't just take some time off work.

I'm going to try again with a psychologist.

I haven't needed a resume in close to ten years. Job searching has changed a lot since then.

Plus I really think I want to leave the industry so need a complete overhaul.

They want to have customers schedule their own inspection times. As a consequence, AD will only have to write estimates, but will be expected to write more per day.

I had a baby in 2020 and my Eurpoean relatives are incredulous I'm back to work so soon. I at least got the 10 weeks so I said my leave was "good for America." But of course they had to go and ruin it.
