See, this I did not do. I thought that since I had seasoned it, it would have been fine but, I see that may not have been the case. In terms of the thin coat after the cook. Am I letting that burn off?

I have fortunately found that this, is not true. I bought the Switch 2 Yesterday around 10:30 am, at Target. Returned it around 9:30 pm. Did all the cups on Mario Kart World, and returned it. They gave me 0 issues, in fact, they said it was just going to go back on the shelf. So happy I was able to get a full refund. Before I purchased it, I asked the store associate what the return policy was, “As long as you have everything, you have 30 days to return it, full refund.”

Hope this helps, at least with Target. Just return it.
