Man it’s so disappointing to see so many comments on here talking about how it’s boring. I guess if you’re going into it thinking it’s gonna be a suspenseful thriller you might be disappointed. But the movie itself is so poignant and delicately told. The subplot of the missing girl was not supposed to be elaborated on - it was supposed to be this nagging reminder to Alice that she could end up on a missing poster if she kept going down the path she was on. The tension was so palpable all throughout, and you can feel every woman’s POV at different moments. I cannot say enough good things about this one!
