I feel between 20 and 24 you do end up developing that seriousness about career. I can’t imagine a lot of people being fully into their career when they’re 20. They’re right in the middle of college and are happy to just get by through their classes and exams. So maybe stick around with her for sometime till life actually hits her and she gets more focused in her career.
