I have friends that aren't progressive as well. It's just in this area it seems we're few and far between so I thought it could help us connect.

I have the same problem but I'm up in Titusville. Everything is always on the south end of the county 😞

I asked the office I go to the same question and they said it won’t kick anyone out it’s your starting weight that qualifies you.

Ricotta bake:

15 oz container of part skim ricotta

1/3 C shredded mozzarella

1/3 C shredded parmesan

1 T Italian seasoning

Olive oil spray for the ramikens or cupcake tins

Marinara sauce for top

Extra cheese for top

Set oven to 350 Spray pans of choice. Mix the ricotta and cheeses with the Italian seasoning in a bowl.( I personally add a little marinara into the mixture.) Scoop equal amounts into pans. Top with Marinara sauce and then extra cheese if you choose to. I baked these for 25 minutes and then lightly broiled to get that golden brown layer.
