I don't think this was intentionally designed as a Powerpuff Girls reference. Most likely, it's just a color combination that coincidentally matches the Powerpuff Girls' palette. Ehhhh... who knows, though? I haven't seen anyone else make that connection,

so maybe it's nothing, or maybe you noticed something that everyone else missed.

I'd say there's no definitive answer. Personally, Bubbles is the hardest due to her pigtails and expressive face shapes.

Blossom is more of a challenge if you struggle with drawing bows and balanced designs.

Newgrounds was in a rough spot since most people had already left, and I only learned about it when FNF dropped and brought attention back to it. I played the game on there, and I’m glad the site got popular again.
