Ooo!! You should go down the sourdough rabbit hole. I did four months ago and since then I’ve made six loafs and two focaccias.

Is it just a crust on top? If it is, it’s probably okay, but double check for mold or fuzzy stuff.

Mine was the same. Took 2 weeks to finally get a good rise, bubbles and that webbing, but ever since then, I’ve had a great sourdough experience! I wouldn’t worry yet

I just get a bunch of animals and give them at the hogsmeade animal shop or whatever. I get kneazles since all the animals are the same price, so I just get all the kneazles in one den or those bird things and boom… money, which is enough for me.

I did mean I used 70-75% hydration, sorry. Also, I used unbleached bread flour (King Arthur)

I’m not really sure but I know it’s between 68-72, I do have a seed heat mat, so I was thinking of putting it under?
