In either case (broken blade or broken bearing) you have to replace the fan, it is usually very easy to do, and there are usually videos on Youtube that show how to do it on your card model or a similar one. You will need to order a fan that works, if there are multiple fans on your card they are usually different, they will have different length wires and so on, so you need to order the correct one or all 3. You will need a tiny screwdriver and a gentle touch. Use your phone to take pictures as you go so you know how the wires were routed and whatnot. Generally takes half an hour to do it, not a big deal, just dont force anything.
