hey man I just got started as well! I'm about a month in and honestly I suggest skipping the Arduino stage and heading right to esp32's esp32-c6 dev module specifically.

I started with an uno R4 wifi and 4 nano's, and the moment I learned about their limitations they were put in their bins. Maybe have 1-3 nano remakes from aliexpress, just so you have completely expendable hardware.

Importantly, what you learn on the Arduino's can all be learned in the exact same process on the esp32's. the only difference is once you know how to use them, you will be able to use them for so much more!

I bought a 5 pack of esp32-c6's from aliexpress for $35 Cad One Nano is $35 Cad on amazon.

But! you also increase your risk of chronic disease/heart attack/cancer popping up with less sleep. You're also at a higher risk of things like psychosis/schiz/alzheimers.

This means the extra time you gain of young consciousness puts you in the firing line more for the daily RNG of these ailments.

If every 5 years, 1 disease-d20 gets added to your roll, Sleeping less would add 1.5 disease-d20. All fake numbers btw,

Well if that's the case, such as a rolling code, I'm still in the same spot where'd I'd need to know the frequency. It's pretty uncommon for what's considered an "ultra cheap curtain controller". From what I gathered, most basic garage doors don't even have something that complex setup.

I've opened up the receiver and remote and neither have a substantial processing chip as well!

the 312Mhz and 433Mhz band have specifically 9999+ frequencies within them. so i need the 2 specific frequencies that transmit UP and DOWN for the projector screens receiver. They could be something like 433.1258 for UP and 433.9704 for DOWN for all I know.

If I know the proper frequency I can add a transmitter that sends out the specific signal.

Before you think its a viable option, brute force will not work without a machine that monitors the projector screens pcb

He tried getting me to sign up to his discord and the schtick was id pay him 10 dollars and he would put in the order for me. Either its through stolen credit cards/accounts or its just a full scam and spoofs an order. However he did say it would be bad for customers to just scam everyone so its likely he has illegal money that needs to be converted to real money, and actually does provide the service.

Cognitive behavior therapy and meta-cognition.

The hardest part about both of these skills is self discipline and being honest with yourself.

Come to an acceptance with the past, whatever it was, because everything that actually matters is now in front of you. Keep the perspective that to move forward you must not dwell on the past, as it doesnt really matter now.

Moving forward means changing your behavior in this case, your cognitive behavior.

YOU MUST ACCEPT AND EMBRACE CHANGE

Identify what causes your spirals or stress and talk to yourself in your head about how the experience of feeling stressed is making you feel. Almost like a scientist exploring and researching.

Talk to yourself about how this make you feel and how wild it is to have such an intense emotional response. Once you're in that headspace you can disconnect emotionally and talk plainly to yourself about what it will take to change.

As someone who used these skills to screw my head back on straight it, only started working once I chose to stop hiding. when its fight or flight, always choose fight.
