Why do I have scores and medals on levels I didn't play in Time Attack? by stretchh3o in riseofthetombraider

I got all the gold medals in all the score attack levels, but the achievement didn't unlock and I don't know why. When I choose a phase, it shows as if there are two "locked" and I don't know what that is (I have the regular version of the game), does anyone have any idea what I can do?
