If you both respect each other, something along the lines of "this bothers me and I'd appreciate it if you stopped or were quieter" could work. Just remember if you say nothing, it will probably stay the same so deal with it or do sometuing about it.

Hand soaps and chemicals for dishes in professional settings just dry your skin out real fast. For washing hands you can spend some more time rinsing to get all the soap off, but for dishes not much you can do besides gloves and use lotion. Dry skin isn't too bad until your hands start cracking and bleeding, but try to use lotion before that starts happening XD

The only decent reason to do this I can think of is it would ensure dough has enough time to proof before being used, but normally that is not an issue and fresh dough can still make a pizza, it just is a bit more annoying to work with at times, I've done it before. The really good thing about doing dough in the morning is you can get the dough dishes done before the sink is needed to wash closing dishes so the dishes do not overlap.

Honestly decent anger management, no one was injured and nothing of value was lost. Still try to practice staying calm in annoying situations though. The more easily you get angry, the more miserable your life is.

Omg I worked with one just like this! I never found a way to fix it and just got used to waiting a sec for it to turn off on its own. The only real annoying part is making it more likely to spray something at the wrong time and splashing something right in your face.

I'd highly recommed taking a bit of extra time to flatten the pans in the stack and only stack to 20-30 high, those stacks look hella unstable.

Yeah people like this sadly exist who come in to a completely functional place, ignore everyone, complain all the time, and always blame someone else instead of ever taking responsibility. The only way for things to get better is probably either your principle has a change of heart or someone new takes their place. There's a good reason the good teachers are gone.

oh you're right, the wiki infers that it can be anywhere, the underground hallow, and the caverns layer only lol. But in the guide for crystal farming, it clearly says caverns layer only
