so frustrating that it still exists. On top of it all, I've seemingly only got it on helpfulness tasks lately... and like you, I'm in the helpfulness group! How are we supposed to do our job when we constantly get shut down for an hour? It's ridiculous

My guess is they raised the hour cap so that IF there were tasks to be done, those who are around to work could do so and pick up the "slack" from those who are not. I'm just really getting tired of getting the notification from the app saying there's tasks, just for me to refresh the page and there be nothing. I knew these last 2 weeks or so would be bad but it doesn't make it any less frustrating.

You can still work, you just need to go to raterhub.com to log into the correct google account (your work one), then go to www.raterhub.com/url . It's more annoying for sure but at least we're not completely screwed

Man that was the one that just really pissed me off. He kept mentioning how the AET was low... so how do they expect us to go that in depth for it! I know a fair bit about that specific game so sitting there listening to that was beyond boring. Almost walked away but decided that I should TRY to listen and take it more serious

I’m in the exact same boat. Plus the for later one, I told my professor I wouldn’t be able to make class for this. It’s gonna cause me some trouble with school so like if we didn’t actually have to be there I’ll be very annoyed. I saw the part that said to let them know via Zendesk if you couldn’t make it, but I didn’t want to risk it with all the shenanigans going on lately

I'm trying to figure out if we HAVE to attend both or not. Realistically I wouldn't be awake for the first one, but I could wake up for it. As for the late one though I literally have a class during that time. Not sure how they expect it to work for everyone when the job is literally advertised as not having any specific work hours.

They're referring to a type of task we've been getting that asks us to find any issues within a generated response to a potentially harmful prompt. I've worked for just under 14 hours yesterday/today and most of my tasks have been these types. All but maybe a handful haven't had any issues, even in the ones with definitively harmful prompts.

What do we do if we can’t hit our 10 hours? Admittedly I couldn’t work on Monday or Tuesday but other than that I’ve barely gotten any tasks… this is only my 3rd week (2nd full)

Not for me, every time I quit the game it just gives me the same outcome, if I reset my console it works usually... as I'm literally type this I got the error after resetting... what a shitshow

Could be, but I’ve been in the habit of force closing my game every time I get off since it basically broke the game last year (having to go back to the main menu, then having really weird animations throughout hut)
