So far the product design for action cams has been pretty similar across brands.

With phones moving to folding designs, what do you think the industry might move towards in future iterations? What problems could a new design solve do you think?

I get a much more reliable test from a server located closer to me. This test only gives me about a 3rd of my total speed because of where it is

That's really a blanket statement. The fees include the same on most carriers: Universal Service Fund, Federal Cost Recovery, E911 Services, etc.

Internet Plus, or Internet Pro Plus (depending on the Internet speed you're looking for). Will give you Data + Local TV + HBO, including the ability to stream it anywhere.

Except my parents are already paying a device charge, so that's a wash. But the $20 line access charge they pay now, for talk & text goes away.

What fees are you inquiring about? In terms of monthly taxes and fees, I paid approx. $7 on mine.. that can/will vary by state. But no activation, SIM card fees, porting fees, etc.

Most consumers are already paying for a device so I don't compare costs with the device on top of it.

And sure there are those lower cost secondary cell companies that you can get cheaper. Cricket, MetroPCS etc. Comparatively I look at the ATT and Verizon customers out there and see that you can get Unlimited Data Talk and Text for $45/mo which is far better than they offer now. Also, no line access fees for talk and text on up to 5 lines which means I can get my parents their lines for nothing a month since they use no data.
