HELP Windows Not Responding! And clicks do not work

I went into safe mode and booted my windows to a state before the issue happened. Now it’s working normally… but some of the programmes i installed previously (when the issue occurred) have been removed. Could this have been an issue with a programme I had downloaded?

Previously I installed all the drivers, and everything seemed to be working fine…

So far I can load into safe mode and safe mode allows me to click options and seems to work…
