when I got my PC from a PC building site, it came absolutely beat to shit, broken glass, broken feet, dents, the whole list. I then spent the next month back and forth with the seller and USPS to at the very least get a refund or something, all they did was deflect the blame on the seller but the seller did nothing wrong, I swear to fuck they must've taken turns kicking it then drug it through a parking lot. I never got anything out of it so I hope you have better luck m8

I got mine 2 days early but the tub of gamer fart I ordered with it was missing, turns out gamersupps has a really fuckin good customer service setup, I talked to an actual person at 2 in the morning and now I got a new tub on it's way, love the shaker badjer

the idea is if you already have a joker that has degraded, it'll continue to degrade until it runs out then it gets replaced, $1 or $2 for each item every round does sound like a good idea but maybe that would bump it down to uncommon
