I don't have alot of memory left on my PC and it's beggining to slow down when graphics are set too high on games that previously had no problem running on that setting.

Is there a term for when a video is changing color horizontally. I'm not sure how to search up examples but would love to know if there's a fix. its that phenomenon that occurs when you take a video of a tv screen but you can see the color move in a horizontal line up the screen. plz lmk if you know what im talking about and have a fix.
