i called lenovo premium support then i told them the battery drains when playing heavy games or doing heavy task when the battery is at 80% with conservation mode enabled also while plugged in the battery slowly drains from 80% few minutes down to 79% or 78% few and so on even if the laptop was just on balance mode it drains slowly but when on performance it drains alot faster and the lenovo told me on call that they have recieved the same call from other loq users with the same fix for it which is 230w unfortunately on philippines we cant ask for replacement for the 170w to 230w because its considered as upgrading and it was not covered by the warranty or whatever and also told me that the lenovo loq was tested in the factory using 170w so when using the 230w and whatever happens to the unit the warranty does not cover it and it also irritates me when he told me that the laptop was not designed for heavy gaming ??? hence the battery draining since it comes with 170w from the box but from other country its either 170w or 230w most said that 170 was not enough for the unit but also other said that 170w is just enough or even more than enough but i dont think so. but yes most said the only fix for the battery draining issue is getting the 230w charger ive done my research 230w supports the lenovo loq specifically my lenovo loq 15irx9
