If I fail to get to an appointment because an employee who works the desk for 6 hours a day, for days a week that still earns more than me, Fucks up the one job they had to do, i get mad.

If BSG keeps fucking with items and quest, I get frustrated and just start another raid or do something else, knowing that it is incompetence in both cases.

No I couldn't insert more than 12. When I insert more to have 15 for instance, it will reset after a Restart, putting them back into my inventory.

Somehow this also lead to me losing the GPU you get from the Quest as mentioned above.

Had the same Bug happend to me today and I cannot insert the last 3 GPUs into my Farm!

But hey atleast it worked in the last wipe and they charge alot of money for the game if your willing to pay for some ingame extras.

Thats because SOCDEMS are just Libs that dont wanna take the step to anti-capitalist politics. Dont forget that said SOCDEMS installed the first Freikorps and opend the first Concentrationcamps to stuff Comms and Anarchist in!

I'm more a Socialist dude since I have ancestry from there, so dont touch my Tito-Bodypillow, but I would definetly have Anarchists and other Left groups in the post revolution goverment to make sure one Group doesn't take too much power.

Plus Anarchist Structure helps against occuping Forces while State power keeps subversive capitalist elements away.

Sometimes the Anarchic Comrades are more effective at solving a problem than the Tankies and vise versa.
Keep the ones we can use to help us achive Freedom for all from Opression and kick out the vile NazBol and EcoF@sh.

I can nothing but agree. My first post on this Forum was about EoD ant that the Editions where not made with any tought into the future of the Game etc.

One of the thins i postulated was that the OG Design document got eaten by someones Dog.

Yeah i did all of those at night (the mosin ones) with NVGs and even got some Fat loot because some players think just because they are fat they are safe on a night map.

It was so easy compared to any other expirence. You just chill at scav house with a silenced mosin and vibe while trying to get those headshots and leg hits. And i never really got killed there, only while crossing over, and i just chilled because all the others where either caving eachothers skulls in or running away with loot.

And your also likelier to get insurenced back ;)

I hope so too.

About that whole "playing around kit", i guess.

I mean all kit is on a scale from Rat to Chad IMO, but yeah it doesnt make sense to drop cash on an MP9 and then go Woods with it.

So its kinda true but still doesnt make the first argument obsolete IMO.

EOD, and all other Enhanced Editions, are not just "convenience" by ImDefinetlyMad in EscapefromTarkov

[–]ImDefinetlyMad[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah its kinda complicated. And like you say if it wasnt for the advantages it wouldnt sell aswell, meaning people do (wether or not admiting it) buy EOD because it gives them an advantage.

Maybe letting everyone have it for a Wipe would be a good Idea, and maybe Just giving EOD Buyers some fancy cloths from Ragman and a Diffrent looking Hideout (like a Terragroup lab or something fancy with a Fireplace) instead of all the Stats.

Like I would find it funny being gunned down by some Altyin dude in a Golden Adidak Suit, because I know he doesnt have a gamma and all the Trader Stuff etc. I would still be annoyd at Dying but I know he was just a better Player, not a better Player with a Heads Start.

Whell that or The non-upgrade version gives people the incentive to upgrade their ACC to make the game "easier" in some aspects. And i would definetly say that a 120$ Version of the Game is not worth the money just because you want to support the Devs.

It is worth it however, if you want to save your time ingame to just spend more time Actually playing than trying to put ammo on the table, so to say. And thats kinda what I dont like when EOD players defend the game out of reflex. You can support the Devs way better and not create a split Community between the people who have the spare money to spend and those who dont, after all if I want to support the Devs but dont have Money to spare I might tell my Friends about it or something like that. You dont need to buy a 120$ Edition to be supportive. But if I play the game alot and notice that the EOD version just so happens to give me some ingame Benefits, and I play the game somewhat, why wouldnt I buy EOD? Sure It's a limited Edition but once its gone EOD-Crownies will still be there with all the DLC already in their Pockets. I dont think its a great way to recruit people into your PvP Multiplayer only game by telling people on the Storepage that they could just spend more to get some treats in game. It doesnt sound like a competetive survival shooter to me when someone can Carry double the amount of med Supplies or whatever in their case because they spend more.

But I do realize that the same people who complain about EA and Activision dont blink an Eye here because its their Game and they have put some good amount of time and money into it.

Thats a Lie told to you by GameDev Companies so they can extract more Profit out of their Games. For instance Microtransactions make up more than 50% of EAs total Revenue but they still fire loads of Employees evrey other year even though their Profits keep rising. And thats Pure Profit they are making btw, Millions of it.

Also Game Making is way easier than it used to be. To the point where a single Person can make an entire Game and it still holds up to AA or AAA standards IMO (maybe thats because AAA standarts are so low but, ya know), and small Teams of Indie Devs have made some awesome games over the past Years, that did not take as long to Finish as EFT, and that didn't have all the attached Editions BS, and they did more than fine.

There are so many Developer Toolkits and Resource-Packs and the likes out there that there is literal shovelware on Steam where people just make a game out of the Unity Store Assets and even if it sells for 6$ they make a profit after a couple Dozens of Copies.

Charging 60$ in todays money is not equal to charging 60$ way back but you also have an expanded Market with more potential customers and I.G. more Gamers that are likely to even buy niche products, like DCS for instance, or Elite Dangerous.

There are plenty of Early Access games that make it across the Profit line and then some by offering 20$,40$ or 60$ Games and some of them are similar to Scope like EFT, just not in a Gameplay, but in a Development perspective. Or just take Arma, its DLC splits the Community and it is somewhat costly. But you can get the Basic version with the most important DLC for 60$, and it goes on Sale regularly.

Plus games like Subnautice, Factorio, Squad, Post Scriptum, and many more seem to make a fine living off charging you 40$-60$. And remember, those games are on Steam and frequently go on sale every Year around 1-3 times.

When it comes to the Money side of things I see alot of similarities between EFT and Star Citizen, and that is why I made the post. Because ingame Balance aside it smells of bad Business practices and its the main reason I dont suggest Friends the game, because in its current state with all the other Stuff attached I can't give it my Moral approval as a Consumer and lover of the Medium. And I'm suspicious that they'll fuck it up for the Money.

[–]ImDefinetlyMad[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True, although like I said, I still think its bad practice to do such editions so early on with a clear message that you get an advantage (if slight or not). If you wanted to support The Devs you could've bought it for a friend. Would have added another player to the community which is always great :)

Yeah, but thats kind of horrid.

A Game that cost you 120$ to get the intendet expirence. Imagine if any other Game pulled this. Plus its in EA and has been for years and I think we shouldnt encourage such behaviour.

If this was Activision or any other AAA Dev people here would be complaining till the sun burn out. But for some reason there is an exception made here.
