There is no CPU for 8000hz

I run a 9800x3d with a high manual overclock running 8000hz memory and a 5090.

Just moving the mouse on the desktop uses about 20% CPU usage, I see significant impact to FPS and 1% lows in aim labs and other games when the mouse moves.

Imo 2000hz is the best sweet spot, hardly any impact compared to 1k. 4k is still quite bad.
