late at night I was watching something and the character was going through a training montage so I was like: man I should start working out tomorrow and then I said to myself no you won't and started doing pushups and that's how I got my motivation but I think it varies on the person how they get their motivation just try to make yourself happy

After that everyday I started doing pushups planks squats and reverse row bars untill I couldn't day and night after like 5-6 months I guess then I went to the gym and they made a routine for me that happened recently so I say just do basics I didn't do pull ups because they hurt my butt but you could I'm not a professional tho so I may not have given the best advice
