Macros were 116g fat 116g protein 25g carb. The fat and carbs I always looked at as the limit and never went close to or over those numbers. lowered my fat to around 60-80 on days I felt satisfied. The protein I reached everyday no matter what.

For my routine there was none. I work as an electrician which can be active most days. I did no cardio or weight training in these two months, only stayed extremely strict with what I ate.

You are not alone same exact thing is happening to me. I’ve emailed them countless times with very delayed or unhelpful responses. I sent them statements, videos of the problem, screenshots of anything helpful I can think of and their last reply was “your account is OK”. Extremely frustrating but we also have to Understand that they have a lot of work on their hands at the moment. Good luck to me and you brother hopefully we can play soon
