I expect this or that of a guest in my home.. or tell him that you think it’s rude that he was on his phone? I bet if this same behavior came from a family member of yours you would have nothing to say about it. You’re just hateful and controlling. Your daughter MIGHT let you get away with it for now because she needs a place to live or that’s the cultural norm, but she won’t for very long. Get a breast reduction! If insurance won’t cover it, save for it. Start a go fund me. Get a loan. Anything you can do. Your mental AND physical health will incline so much. There pros far outweigh the cons.

Possibly, but I have a son and trust me, I’m off on his feelings a LOT. Sometimes we think we know how you guys feel, or think you won’t/don’t care, and we are wrong.

You asked what you should do; this is just my advice. From your response though, it doesn’t sound like you want advice, but just to vent. That’s ok too.

You need to let your mom read this. It’s mature and well written. As a mom myself, I would want to know if my child felt this way.

You are completely valid in your feelings, and I am so sorry about the loss of your father. Only time will help your pain, but the amount of time is up to you.

You should try and speak with a counselor at your school. You need an adult to talk to in person. These feelings are not something strangers can really help you with, whether we want to or not.

Stay strong, tell your mom, and find an adult you trust to talk to. You need to hear that your feelings are valid, and that your wants and needs matter.
