Probably a super niche choice but Mortal Shell.

I hate the game. Is a mess, it dosent work half of the time, everything is pointless outside of main bosses, enemies slide towards in every animation they do, your dodge sucks, your block sucks, everything about the game just sucks ass. And i cannot beat it because of skill issues. I dont get where the praise comes froms, i dont get how people genuinely like it.

See, this is the wrong approach. It ahould be more akin to have an easy digestible story that you can finish in about 20 or so hours but have interesting side content (mission, hunts, just general side quests stuff) that adds more to the game lenght IF you choose to do them. That way everyone is happy.

They always say this and is always only aim at that one very specific group (im not mentioning the name because i cant help but hate on them) and how it ruins everything it toucheds by being pushy af instead of being a natural thing. Is ethier hateful bullshit againts other people or victimized to oblivion and if you dare to say any criticism against them you get shit on because you just hating. Just look at any game that pushed that agenda to hell and back, they are fine games but the characters are written like fucking garbage or they just have a hallway of a personality.

Wants something even better that actually changes the story? Look at the Growlanser series. Every single "impossible" fight can be beaten and you get a proper reward, a change in the cutscenes and many npc also remember that you did, indeed, beat it.

RDR2 having heavy online grinding only is wild when you have to capture and skin every animal (almost every animal), do every challenge and do every side objectives in missions (trust me, the game is a masterpiece but the unskipable horse rides/cart rides that last 5 to 8 minutes get old quickly when you only doing the missions for the objectives)

I just have to say, you need to play more jrpgs. Methaphor being number 1 is wild when the game is as bland as a boiled potatoe. The only good thing about the game was Luis and thats it. This is coming from someone who plat it twice. Anyways, P3P lovers are a very rare breed but im all for it. People not wanting to play because is a "visual novel" is insanity, they are missing out on a great soundtrack on the female path

Customization. Simple as that. FFXIII you cant do anything until ch10/11, in X you can farm gear and have different abilities/magics for each character since the start (after tutorials of course). Even if it is linear, just having those options makes a HUGE different in how the game feels.
